Connecting to AFIT Gallup Access Account

The countdown to Summer Institute, Leading at the Speed of Change, is on!

To fully engage with the learning, everyone will need to complete the CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment following two main steps. If you haven't completed Step 1, please do so ASAP. For those who already have your Full 34 report, skip to Step 2.

Step 1: Determine Your CliftonStrengths Status and Get Your Full 34 Report by June 20th.

Select the purchase option that applies to you, purchase an assessment code, and complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment and gain access to your Full 34 report:

I need to take the Full 34 → Complete ASAP.
I need to upgrade my Top 5 to the Full 34 → Upgrade ASAP
I already have my Full 34 → Proceed to Step 2.

*Please note – the cost of the assessment is not included in your registration costs for Summer Institute and needs to be completed independent of your registration for Summer Institute

Step 2: Accept your invitation to Gallup Access by June 25^th.

All Summer Institute participants are required to connect their Full 34 reports to AFIT's Gallup Access account. This will allow us to provide your printed materials at the conference and, more importantly, provides interactive access to team insights through multiple customizable reports. To do this, you will be invited to join the AFIT Gallup Access account.

To do this, you will receive an email from support@mail.gallup.com with a subject line of: Invitation to Gallup Access. It's an automated email, so it might get caught up in spam filters or the Other tab in your inbox.

Click on the green ACCEPT INVITATION button. You'll then be asked to log into the Gallup system. From here, one of two things can happen:

1. The email address used to register for Summer Institute is the same email address used to create your Gallup account:

- the system should automatically pull in your report once you log in from the invitation link and you're good to go.

2. Email address used to register for Summer Institute is a different email address used to create your Gallup account:

- You will be prompted to create a Gallup account with the email address used to register for Summer Institute – Do This.

- Once logged into Gallup, there should be a box/button inviting you to connect your Full 34 Report to Gallup Access. That's where you will enter your Gallup.com account credentials and you will be able to associate your Full 34 report with the AFIT Gallup Access account.

If you have taken the CliftonStrengths Assessment more than once and aren't sure how to connect the correct report to your Gallup Access account or run into any other challenges with your Gallup account, call the Gallup support line: 1-888-525-6117. They're very helpful and can find your report wherever it is and connect it to the AFIT Gallup Access account.
