Brian Rashap

Dr. Brian Rashap is an educator and technologist who leads workforce training initiatives at Central New Mexico Community College, including CNM’s pioneering Quantum Technician Bootcamp and their Internet-of-Things programs. Drawing on more than two decades at Intel Corporation—where he oversaw strategy and operations for major manufacturing facilities—he brings deep expertise in advanced technology systems, engineering operations, and practical skill-building for the future workforce. His work focuses on closing talent gaps through applied, industry-aligned learning.
