Kathryn Skulley serves as the Chief Analytics and Institutional Excellence Officer and is the AFIT Representative for her institution. A first‑generation, Pell‑eligible college graduate, Kathryn has dedicated her career to advancing equity, effectiveness, and student success in higher education.
Her professional expertise spans institutional effectiveness, accreditation, analytics, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and organizational change. She has held senior leadership roles within the Colorado Community College System, including service at Front Range Community College and the Community College of Aurora.
Kathryn is known for translating complex data into actionable insights, leading large‑scale change initiatives, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Her work reflects a deep commitment to accountability, quality, and mission‑driven decision‑making in higher education.
