Professional Bio
Erika Liodice joined AFIT in 2015, when we were still known as the Continuous Quality Improvement Network (CQIN). Her strategic mindset and member-centric leadership style have been instrumental in transforming the organization's focus, expanding programming, and growing membership to record levels.
Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania—and educated at Lehigh University—Erika began her career as a marketing associate at Sanofi-Pasteur in the Pocono Mountains. Before joining AFIT, Erika spent a decade working in sales, marketing, and advertising for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
A series of fortunate events led Erika to AFIT, where she discovered her passion for helping people awaken their inner innovator to transform the world around them.
