    Session Description:

As AI continues to evolve from static tools to dynamic agents, the next frontier—agentic AI—is emerging with the power to act autonomously on our behalf. This session will introduce you to the concept of agentic AI and explain how it differs from traditional generative tools like ChatGPT. Together, we’ll explore the opportunities this advancement brings to higher education—from automating student support to streamlining administrative tasks—as well as the ethical, operational, and strategic risks it introduces.
