In this session, Donna Hanks will share a practical, step-by-step roadmap she’s developed to help faculty build confidence and competence in using AI. Drawing on her experience leading professional development at Western Dakota Technical College, Donna will highlight how to support educators in adopting AI tools creatively, ethically, and with intention—one manageable step at a time.
