Your Challenge:

Turn your table into a “Change Command Center”
Design a creative tabletop display that symbolizes how your team is leading change. Your display might showcase:

• Your team’s leadership journey

• Strategies for overcoming complexity

• Core values and cultural transformation

• Visual metaphors for resilience, agility, or innovation

Let your table tell the story of how you’re navigating today—and shaping tomorrow!

Display Guidelines

To keep things fun and functional for everyone:

• All displays must fit on your team’s assigned table

• Max height: 12 inches above table surface

• Tables must remain usable for learning, note-taking, and meals

• No floor/aisle installations

• Team tables will not have access to power

Team Table Sizes:

• 1–6 people: 66" round

• 7–10 people: 72" round

• 11–14 people: 12" x 36" rectangular

• 15–20 people: 16" x 60" rectangular

Judging Criteria

Secret judges will be roaming! Displays will be evaluated on:

• Connection to the theme “Change Champions”

• Creativity and originality

• Collaboration and team effort

• Storytelling and symbolism

• Visual appeal

How to Prepare

• Bring your own supplies—plan ahead with your team

• Keep it compact, creative, and on-theme

• Participation is optional—but a great way to connect and create memories
