AI and the Workforce: What Changes, What Stays Human
Join Us Virtually
Event Details
During this interactive, one-hour virtual session, national AI expert Dr. Robert Clougherty will lead us we explore a reality that is already here:
AI changes work—not just tools.
This session will explore how AI can support workforce resilience through capacity planning, skills mapping, hiring/onboarding copilots, and job redesign. We’ll also talk candidly about workload re-slicing: what shifts to AI, what becomes more human, and how to support staff through change without burnout or turnover.
If your organization is trying to increase capacity without increasing headcount, this session should offer both language and frameworks you can use immediately.
We’ll explore questions such as:
- How do we determine capacity, assess skills, and redesign jobs in the AI age?
- Where are you already seeing role drift (expected work changing faster than job descriptions)?
- What would it look like to treat AI as a workforce strategy—not just a software rollout?
We hope you’ll join us for a grounded discussion on people, roles, and the organizational changes that make AI adoption sustainable.
