What’s new and noteworthy in AI?
Come ready to share a recent AI trend, tool, or use case that caught your attention — or something you’ve tried in your own work.

  2. Using AI in Talent Recruitment (15–20 minutes)
Presented by the Yavapai College team:
     - Janet Nix - Human Resources Chief Officer
     - Brittney Hollar - Human Resources Lead Analyst
     - Richard Pierce - ITS Relationship Manager
     - Robyn Bryce - Executive Director of Learning and
       Educational Innovation

In this interactive session, we'll explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping human resources and talent recruitment. The Yavapai College team will share practical applications — from streamlining candidate sourcing and improving job-matching to enhancing the employee experience — while also considering the ethical implications and risks. Bring your questions and examples to this interactive conversation as we learn how institutions can leverage AI to build stronger, more future-ready teams.

  3. Interactive Q&A + Application Discussion (15–20 minutes)
    Let’s connect the dots.
Ask questions, swap insights, and explore how the ideas shared might apply at your college or organization.

  4. Wrap-Up & Next Steps (5 minutes)
    Quick recap and what’s ahead.
