Recruitment to Retention: Using AI Without Losing Trust
Join Us Virtually
Event Details
During this interactive, one-hour virtual session, national AI expert Dr. Robert Clougherty will lead us as we explore AI in one of the most visible and sensitive areas on campus: enrollment resilience.
We’ll discuss where AI can support the learner lifecycle—recruitment targeting, messaging personalization, melt prevention, advising triage, communications at scale, and retention/early-alert enhancements—while keeping trust and relationship at the center.
We’ll explore questions such as:
- How do we maintain resilience across the learner lifecycle using AI without compromising trust and relationship?
- Where would personalization help—and where might it feel intrusive or “too automated”?
- What data sources are reliable enough to support AI in enrollment decisions?
This session aims to help institutions move from scattered experiments to a thoughtful, trust-preserving approach that strengthens enrollment outcomes.
