Financial Resilience: AI That Protects the Mission

During this interactive, one-hour virtual session, national AI expert Dr. Robert Clougherty will lead us as we explore a theme every organization is grappling with: financial resilience—and what AI can realistically do to support it.

This session is about using AI to strengthen margin, stewardship, and mission protection—not with hype, but with practical examples. We’ll discuss forecasting and scenario modeling, spend intelligence, contract/compliance automation, and the hard (but necessary) question: what low-value work can we stop doing once AI releases capacity.

We’ll explore questions such as:

• How are productivity and cost savings from AI being measured and reinvested at your organization?
• What does “productivity release” look like in practice—time, dollars, service quality, or all three?
• What’s one process in finance/procurement that feels ready for automation or augmentation now?

If your organization is being asked to “do more with less,” this session will help you identify where AI can help—and where discipline, measurement, and governance matter most.
