Knowledge Resilience: Building the Organizational Brain
Join Us Virtually
Event Details
During this interactive, one-hour virtual session, national AI expert Dr. Robert Clougherty will lead us as we explore a quiet but escalating organizational risk:
When knowledge leaves, capacity collapses.
We’ll discuss building knowledge resilience so organizational memory survives turnover and change—through practical approaches like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic layers, and knowledge graphs, as well as governance practices that keep knowledge sources accurate and current. The goal isn’t “a chatbot.” It’s designing an organizational brain that staff and leaders actually use.
If your organization struggles with “single points of failure,” this session will help you frame knowledge resilience as a strategic priority—not an afterthought.
We’ll explore questions such as:
- How do we establish and maintain knowledge management for organizational memory in the AI era?
- What knowledge is most at risk at your organization—processes, policies, technical configurations, “how things really work”?
- How do you govern updates so the knowledge base doesn’t become a new version of stale documentation?
We look forward to hearing what knowledge resilience looks like at your organization—and what strategies you’re using to capture, curate, and keep knowledge usable.
