AFIT welcomes Laura Ipsen, President and CEO of Ellucian

We are thrilled to welcome Laura Ipsen, President and CEO of Ellucian back to our collaborative community of innovators. 

Ellucian has long been a valued member of the AFIT network, and under Laura’s leadership since 2017, the company has undergone a remarkable transformation—expanding globally and leading the shift to cloud and SaaS solutions that empower more than 2,800 higher education institutions across 50 countries. With over 30 years of experience in the tech industry, Laura has held influential roles at Oracle, Microsoft, and Cisco, and continues to be recognized as a trailblazer in digital transformation and women’s leadership in tech. 

We’re equally excited to welcome Joe Sallustio, Chief of Industry Engagement, as Ellucian’s AFIT Rep. Joe brings deep insight and energy to the table, and we look forward to his contributions to our shared mission of innovation in higher education.
